Derivative, requiring previous knowledge of game cultures.
What process would you follow in a potential project? Work in small teams, cross media/skill.
How does this differ from the way you usually work? No way, but there is always face to face, which may not be possible with games.
What would be the most important factor in such a project? Being able to perform the final work to the right audience and in the right format, that this isn't just a transfer to a new medium, but a completely new interface giving new possibilities.
